Starts/Dives and Flip-Turns Participants will work on improving their start and dives from the side of the pool, as well as the starting blocks. Coaches will also work with participants on their approaches and flip-turns through the different swim strokes May 5th, 6:30-7:30pm Butterfly and Backstroke Participants will work with coaches on the mechanics of butterfly and backstroke.
