Rhythmic Gymnastics (Girls 5-15)
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport where athletes perform on a floor using apparatuses like hoops, balls, clubs, ribbons, and ropes. It combines gymnastics and dance elements. Gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. It develops posture and confident body movement, enhances coordination, agility, body awareness, and balance, and increases flexibility and strength. Additionally, rhythmic gymnastics fosters creativity, builds self-confidence, and promotes healthy minds and positive attitudes, making it beneficial for both, sport and life.
