Improving Endurance
  • Participants will be led through multiple land and water activities to help improve their overall swim conditioning. 
  • Friday,May 9, 6:30pm -7:30pm, Dellinger Park Pool
  • Maximum: 30 swimmers
Starts and Dives/ Flip Turns
  • Participants will work on improving their starts and dives from the side of the pool and the swim platforms. 
  • Participants will work with coaches in the water to master efficient approaches and flip-turns through various drills and different swim strokes
  • Friday, May 16, 6:30pm-7:30pm, Dellinger Park Pool
  • Maximum: 30 swimmers
Butterfly and Backstroke
  • Participants will work with coaches in the water to master dynamics of stroke mechanics for butterfly and backstroke.
  • Friday, May 23, 6:30pm-7:30pm, Dellinger Park Pool
  • Maximum: 30 swimmers
Breaststroke and Freestyle
  • Participants will work with coaches in the water to master dynamics of stroke mechanics for breaststroke and freestyle.
  • Friday, May 30, 6:30pm-7:30pm, Dellinger Park Pool
  • Maximum: 30 swimmers

Fee: $10/clinic
