Improving Endurance
  • Participants will be led through multiple land and water activities to help improve their overall swim conditioning. 
  • Thursday, May 9, 7:15-8pm, Dellinger Park Pool
  • Maximum: 30 swimmers
Starts and Dives
  • Participants will work on improving their starts and dives from the side of the pool and the swim platforms
  • Thursday, May 16, 7:15-8pm, Dellinger Park Pool
  • Maximum: 30 swimmers
Flip Turns
  • Participants will work with coaches in the water to master efficient approaches and flip-turns through various drills and different swim strokes
  • Thursday, May 22, 7:15-8pm, Dellinger Park Pool
  • Maximum: 30 swimmers

Fee: $10/clinic
